About Me
Hey there!
My name is Caroline Crowley, and I’m a student in the Class of 2023 at the University of Wisconsin – Madison studying journalism and strategic communication with a certificate in environmental studies.
I’m a hiker, runner, climber, casual bicyclist and swimmer. What can I say, I like cardio! I transitioned to being vegan in 2022, so I’m new to the game but I’m loving it so far.
When I’m not running or eating, I love everything writing. I’m particularly interested in writing about climate change and food, but my interests expand to technical writing, editing and more. In the past, I’ve worked as a Communication Specialist for the Data Warehouse team at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. I’m also the community editor for The Dish Wisconsin and a science news associate editor and copy associate for The Badger Herald.
